From her roles as a private farm consultant and school instructor to a regional livestock coordinator and division chief at the Department of Agriculture, Emma has significantly contributed to the conservation and development of indigenous livestock. Her leadership in the establishment of the first regional integrated agricultural laboratory and her tenure as president of PSAS Cagayan Valley Chapter and PSAS National underscore her unwavering commitment and expertise.

Starting his journey as a Barangay Treasurer, Hon. Marzo has served in various capacities, including Barangay Kagawad and Municipal Councilor.
